About Baltic Bliss: "This is the spot on earth that I have chosen as my home. I walk here regularly to take in nature. One of my favorite routes includes this view. Leaving the forest behind, nature opens up to vast fields, which spill out to the Baltic Sea. The light always changes, dancing over the crops. It’s like nature is inviting me to play. My mind is awakened as the tractor path takes me on a journey over the hill and ocean to a place of infinity." - JS

"When I paint I go on a meditative journey. I try not to think, but only reach deep within. I try to find that meditative hum of inexplicable energy, that special connection with the all. This path of poppies, through the high energy of the colorfield, represents to me the focus and determination that meditation also is, the Mantra." - JS

A place full of history…dating way back before medieval times. Taking in the light on a quiet summer night, one can almost sense the presence of those before us." - JS
